Our Search Methodology

  • Understand Client Requirements: Their existing business activities and growth plans, organization structure and culture.
  • Map the specific competencies of the role/position: Understand the specific deliverables and competencies needed there: of  KRA ( Key Result Areas).
  • Design Search strategy: Plan a strategy to search the best candidates. This includes first making a list of target companies and then identifying target talent in those companies.
  • Creating shortlist of identified target talent.
  • Checking with candidates their interest and then ­­­­­­check their competencies and fit through psychometric tests as required.
  • Personal interviews with the candidate to understand and explain in detail the role.
  • Send Interest checked second list of candidates.
  • Reference Check of the candidates for the client. If required we can also organise 3rd party background check.
  • Line up Candidate interview with clients.
  • Post Recruitment: Follow-up and support both the client and candidate for 2 months for all positions of 20 lacs CTC and above.
