Dr Pooja Sehgal Co- Founder

Dr Pooja Sehgal is a seasoned HR Professional with over 20 years of experience spread across Academics, and HR Consulting. She holds a PGDHRM degree from IMT Ghaziabad an MSc degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology from Amity University, Noida. Dr Pooja is a certified NLP practitioner and She holds a Ph.D. degree in management. She has worked with leading academic institutions like Amity and Galgotias Universities and IMS for more than a decade. She trained volunteers for “Common Wealth Games 2010”. Her forte is in Training, Recruitment and Selection, Teaching, leading teams, and mentoring.  Dr Pooja was heading the PGDM department (three years) and during her tenure, she started new School of English department for the IMS College. She is a life member of the NHRD Network Delhi Chapter. She is a dynamic leader, mentor, and trainer. She conducted workshops at the NIT group of institutes, and a “Team Building workshop” at Ramaajun College Delhi University. “The Art of Interviewing” for Northern India Engineering College, “Performance Management in Corporate” -College of Arts and Commerce. 
Dr Pooja Sehgal is an accomplished HR professional who has seamlessly blended a robust academic background with practical industry expertise to establish Ekah Consulting. Dr. Sehgal brings a unique perspective that draws from both education and real-world business. Dr. Pooja has written and published books on Emotional Intelligence, Job Involvement, and Talent Management.
